HINDBÆRSNITTER: delicious Danish rasberry pastry. Over the past month I have tried to master basic Danish baking. Today, hindbærsnitter accomplished and easy to make. The base is flour, butter, sugar and egg. Then raspberry jam, confectionery sugar and sprinkles. Ta- dah.
